The temporary additional 3lb allowance for Riders at the scales has been made permanent. Rule (B)22.9 has been amended accordingly.

The fixture of the Jersey Race Club on 13 April has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A decision regarding the May meetings will be made in due course.
Following the conclusion of the consultation period the CIHA announces the following changes to the Rules of Racing which will come into effect on 1 January 2020.
The persons listed below have been placed on the Forfeit List and are accordingly identified as Disqualified or Excluded under the Rules of Racing.
A person’s name will remain on the Forfeit List until the relevant matter has been resolved in accordance with the Rules.
